One Pass

One Pass is the free app for iPhone and Android* that you can download for free on your mobile phone from the Apple Store and Play Store.

OnePass was designed to give you the possibility of geolocating our clubs closest to you, navigate easily to reach them, quickly obtain information on their initiatives and view any bonuses and promotions offered.

To configure One Pass you will need an email address, your Card number and your date of birth.

With One Pass you will be able to benefit from the Carta Arco in digital format and always have the expiry date under control. The ARCO Card or the Digital Card must always be shown to our collaborators at the entrance to each club.

To redeem any promotions, just show the code on your smartphone that you will find in the section of the application called PASS.

Finally, many agreements with gay-friendly businesses and commercial brands are arriving on One Pass!
